We are excited to announce our new evening location. 

Now meeting at Fairview at River Club located at 10835 Tidewater Trail, Fredericksburg, VA 22408.  Evening Meeting will be the second Friday of each month from 7:00 - 9:00.  This schedule will begin in June.  If you need child care in order to attend evening meeting, please contact us by first Friday of the month.  For the Summer, we will be having discussion groups.  Beginning in September evening meeting will follow the same topic schedule as day meetings.

Summer schedule for day meeting will be held at Kenmore Park from 11am - 1 pm.  Bring a bag lunch and wear your Autism Awareness gear.  Come for some fun in the park. No rain dates.

Day meeting schedule will resume in September at the disAbility Resource Center the second Thursday of each month from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.  No child care will be provided for day meetings but children are welcome to attend with parents.  Please bring items that will help keep your child entertained.

September - Working Together - Communicating with your child's teacher and school.

October  - Transition - There are many transitions in the lives of our kids.  We will break in to groups by age to discuss the transitions that are coming up.

Novemeber  - Working Together - A follow up to our earlier session.  Are you being successful.

December  - How to have a "Happy Holiday".  GFCF holiday recipes, gift and gift wrap ideas, decorating ideas and more.

Summer  Meeting Directions 

Summer meeting will be held at Kenmore Park (also known as Memorial Park).  Kenmore Park is located on Washington Ave.  From Rt 1, turn on to Princess Anne Street.  Take Princess Anne to Amelia Street, turn Right.  At the flashing light, turn right on to Washington Ave.  The park is about 5 blocks down on the left.
